Information for Customers.

We thank you and appreciate for your service or product purchase with us on our website www.brajgalifoods.in (hereinafter referred to as “BRAJGALI”). Please read the shipping and delivery policy carefully as it will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any product or service we provide to you.

We make every effort to deliver the service or product as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from BRAJGALI, which shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Once the order is placed for the service or product, the shipping is depend on the type of service or product as per the specifications and timelines.
  2. In case the order is a bulk order we need minimum two business days to ship the service or product. Order except bulk order may be ship within 1 hours subject to availibility of the service or product.
  3. We deliver the service or product only in Shri Dham Vrindavan and bulk order can be deliver within Braj Mandal.
  4. Delivery of the service or product means only delivering at a specific address as mentioned by the customer.
  5. After delivery, we can serve the service or product, subject to the extra charges paid by the customer.
  6. All delivery charges and/or serving charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at the checkout time and in the invoice. The customer is liable for all the applicable delivery charges and/or serving charges, if there are any.
  7. In case the customer has not been responsive for over 4 hours after ready of the order, the order will be considered null and void and will not be considered for any refund.Sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
  8. Sometimes due to situations beyond our control or wrong delivery address or contact number prvided by customer, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
  9. Once the service or product has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery.
