We thank you and appreciate for your service or product purchase with us on our website www.brajgalifoods.in (hereinafter referred to as “BRAJGALI”). Please read the refund and cancellation policy carefully as it will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any product or service we provide to you.

We make every effort to provide the service or product to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from BRAJGALI, however if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to any refund which shall be subject to the following situations:

1. The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency in delivery of the service or product by BRAJGALI or its designated representatives.
2. In the event a customer has paid for a service or product and then requests for any refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered.
3. If a customer void the terms of use mentioned in the website, then the service will be terminated and the customer will not be entitled for any refund.
4. If a customer cancel the order due to any external factors, the customer will not be entitled for any refund.
5. If any delay in delivery due to any unavoidable reasons, then in such case any refund will not be processed.
6. If the request for any refund has been raised after acceptance of the order by BRAJGALI, then in such cases any refund will not be considered.
7. In case the customer has not been responsive for over 4 hours after ready of the order, the order will be considered null and void and will not be considered for any refund.

If the request for the refund has been approved by BRAJGALI, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via Email/WhatsApp/SMS. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
